There was a bombshell revelation this week in the trial of wannabe assassin Ryan Routh, the man who tried to kill Donald Trump at his Florida golf course.
 
In court filings, federal prosecutors disclosed that Routh had been planning to assassinate Trump for months. He committed fully to his plot after the failed attempt on Trump’s life in Butler, Pennsylvania in July 2024.
 
Prosecutors also revealed that Routh was communicating through encrypted messages with individuals in Mexico, where he planned to flee after the assassination. He was also communicating with someone allegedly in Ukraine with access to high-powered weapons. Here is a partial transcript:
 
“… send me an rpg [rocket-propelled grenade] or stinger and I will see what we can do… [Trump] is not good for Ukraine… I need equipment so that Trump cannot get elected… you are at war so those items lost and destroyed daily – one missing would not be noticed. Do you think Trump will be good for Ukraine?????”
 
What was Routh planning to “do” with a rocket-propelled grenade or a Stinger missile launcher? He sent his Ukrainian contact a picture of President Trump’s private plane with the note, “Trump’s plane, he gets on and off daily.”
 
This is a startling development!
 
But it got pitiful coverage in the media across the board, which in itself is another scandal.
 
Imagine if someone was plotting to assassinate Joe Biden or Barack Obama and was working with contacts in a foreign country that had major policy differences with the president. That would be banner headlines with obvious questions being asked!
 
This is not the only Ukrainian connection to this wannabe assassin. He went to Ukraine. He was raising money for the war. He was attempting to recruit mercenaries to fight in Ukraine.
 
We’ve been told that Routh is practically bankrupt, yet he was traveling overseas and trying to buy missiles? That begs the questions: 

• Who was he negotiating with?
• Was it really someone in Ukraine? Either he was or he wasn’t.
• And where was he getting the money? Shipping Stinger missiles on the black market aren’t cheap.

 
If we had a serious media with serious journalists, they would be all over this. But, wait a minute… If people knew about this, it would only benefit Donald Trump. So, the “mainstream media” are totally ignoring it.
 
This is another example of how media bias is more than just leftist spin on the news. Media bias frequently involves what they refuse to tell us because they’re trying to hide it from us. (See next item.)
 
 
 
Blood On Their Hands
 
Nate Baker was a young University of South Carolina student who had his life snuffed out when a truck crashed into his motorcycle. I predicted that Baker’s name would be forgotten in 24 hours except by those who knew and loved him.
 
I predicted that the name of the illegal alien driving the truck who killed Nate would be swept under the rug, too. Why? Because the leftists who oppose the Trump administration, and don’t want to stir up anger in Middle America, want this story to go away.
 
Sadly, another American has died at the hands of an illegal alien who never should have been here. This time, the victim was a 13 year-old boy, Omar Hernandez. He was sexually assaulted and then murdered by his soccer coach, Mario Garcia-Aquino, an illegal alien from El Salvador.
 
Omar Hernandez would be alive today if Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom had done their jobs. Garcia-Aquino has been charged with two other sexual crimes against boys – in 2022 and in 2024.
 
But because he lives in the sanctuary state of California, the police aren’t even allowed to ask about immigration status when they encounter criminals. And because Garcia-Aquino lives in a city that had a woke, Soros-funded prosecutor, his previous crimes were largely ignored – the same way Democrats and the “mainstream media” will ignore Omar Hernandez.
 
God only knows what his final moments were like. But you won’t hear one word about Omar from so-called “progressives” who claim to be so compassionate and so concerned about civil rights.
 
Why are Democrats so concerned about the civil rights of illegal alien gang members and radical, antisemitic foreign students on our college campuses?
 
Where is their compassion, their tears for our Angel Moms and American citizens victimized by criminal illegal aliens?
 
Why is it that you won’t hear one Democrat leader today saying, “This has got to stop! How many more American children must die before we stop protecting criminal illegal aliens?”
 
The only person willing to say that and willing to do something about it is Donald Trump.
 
The open borders left has blood on its hands – the blood of Omar Hernandez, the blood of Nate Baker, the blood of Laken Riley, and the blood of far too many other innocent Americans.
 
If I have to listen to one more leftist lecture us about “compassion,” someone will need to restrain me because my response won’t be so compassionate!
 
 
 
The Intolerant Left
 
Left-wing groups and politicians are constantly wagging their fingers at Christians, demanding we be more tolerant. But they have no tolerance for us. Leftists will smash you with an iron fist when they get power. A trial that began yesterday in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals is proof.
 
Two years ago, the girls’ basketball team at Mid Vermont Christian School refused to play against another school’s female team that had an obvious boy on it. The state of Vermont came down on this Christian school like a ton of bricks.
 
The girls’ basketball team was banned from playing in any more games in Vermont on its schedule. But it didn’t stop there.
 
Every sports team at Mid Vermont was banned from the state’s athletics association. But it didn’t stop there.
 
Vermont banned the Christian school from participating in academic competitions like science fairs and debating leagues.
 
Woke Vermont government officials said, “Mid-Vermont Christian School has every right to teach its beliefs to its own students. It cannot, however, impose those beliefs on students from other public and private schools.”
 
Well, it sure looks like Vermont’s leftists are trying to force their values on the Christian school!
 
The state of Vermont is really saying, “You can practice your faith. But beware, Christians, we will crush you when you do!”
 
So, in the fevered brows of Vermont bureaucrats, the appropriate response to denying a girls’ team with a man on it one game is to deny the Christian girls team EVERY game for years.
 
If a coach is not willing to let his girls risk serious injuries at the hands of a boy who is heavier and stronger, Vermont leftists think it’s okay to deny those Christian girls every potential victory, every potential honor, and every potential college scholarship. 
 
Just think about this: The left is demanding that we believe the lie that men can be women – that 2 + 2 = 5 – or it will use government power to ruin our lives. That’s dictatorial tyranny!
 
And it’s coming from the left, not Donald Trump!
 
 
 
Confronting Communist China
 
The stock market surged more than 2,900 points yesterday. Why the sudden reversal of fortunes? Because 75 countries are begging the White House for new trade talks. So, President Trump put a pause on the new tariffs. Then he lowered all proposed tariffs to 10% with one notable exception – communist China.
 
President Trump is keeping the pressure on communist China. In response to new Chinese tariffs on U.S. goods, Trump just announced he’s raising tariffs on products from communist China to 125%.
 
And I’m more than fine with that. The public overwhelmingly believes we need to take care of business with Beijing.
 
The communist Chinese are at an incredible disadvantage in this “trade war.” China only allows roughly $140 billion of U.S. goods to enter their country. But they send $430 billion in goods to our country, much of which we once manufactured here.
 
So, the amount of goods being tariffed is to our advantage because of how imbalanced the trade is. China needs our market more than we need theirs. We hold all the cards here.
