Delusional Judicial Review
It is not tyranny to deport those who have broken our laws and threaten Americans and engage in sex and human trafficking.
Greetings everyone. I think we all understand the precedent of judicial review established in the landmark 1803 Marbury v. Madison case. It is vital that we have a system of checks and balances between our coequal branches of government — legislative, executive, and judicial. However, we should all be able to agree that the rule of law, and judicial interpretation of said law, our Constitution, should be something exclusive to citizens of this Constitutional Republic. Previously, we have shared with you on these pages our concern with the progressive socialist left’s embrace of, not the three branches of government, but rather the three branches of rule — media, academia, and the courts. And here we are finding ourselves not dealing with constitutional judicial review, but rather delusional judicial activism.
No, I am not some Ivy League-educated lawyer. I am just a fella who took an oath to support and defend our Constitution and deployed into combat zones prepared to make the last full measure of devotion to that oath. And today, that oath still drives me as it has no statute of limitations. As well, I am a man of common sense and reason.
Are we now to believe that black robed unelected jurists wield such power as to undermine the safety and security of our Nation? Do we now believe that these individuals who fall under Article III of the Constitution can determine when we should protect our national sovereignty? I find it rather unconscionable that all of a sudden we have these appointed jurists chiming in on matters of national and domestic security using such nebulous and non-specific language as “facilitating” to constrain the executive branch, the President, the Commander in Chief, from protecting our homeland.
Think about it, where were these district court judges, as well as the Supreme Court, when the Biden administration was violating the Constitution’s Guarantee Clause, Article IV, Section 4? It clearly affirms that the United States, meaning the federal government, must guarantee to every State in the Union protection from invasion. Yet, how is it that we found ourselves with 1.5-2M so-called “got aways” entering our Country? How is it that we have, according to ICE reports last Fall, some 600K criminal illegal immigrants in our Country? And there was nary a member of the judicial branch who said a doggone word, where was their “judicial review” then?
Now, all of a sudden, these black robed useful idiots, a term coined by Vladimir Lenin, are “ruling” that those who have broken our laws by entering our Country are entitled to due process, just like American citizens? That does not pass the smell test of common sense or reason. And more so, it does not pass the test of Constitutional viability. I would really like any of those seven members of the US Supreme Court to explain to us, the American people, why criminal illegal immigrants should not be deported, that they have a right to due process, and get lawyered up. These are individuals who care so little about our laws that they came into our country illegally, enabled by the unconstitutional actions of the previous executive branch…who lied incessantly about the situation. If you are not a citizen of our Constitutional Republic, and violated our laws by entering illegally, under what authority are you entitled to stay, and have your “day in court?”
Perhaps I would be more accommodating if these same jurists stood up and condemned the previous administration for their treasonous actions. Since they did not, their current actions speak to an unbelievable hypocrisy rooted in delusional judicial review. Perhaps these jurists should explain to the families of Rachel Morin, Jocelyn Nungaray, Laken Riley, and the woman who was set afire on a NYC subway why criminal illegal immigrants were allowed entry into our Country…and why they are entitled to due process, and constitutional rights? Why do members of a terrorist organization deserve to have legal representation? Why should those who pose a domestic and national security threat to our Republic not be sent back to their country of origin?
Because of the unconstitutional actions of the Biden administration, America has become a battlefield, one where criminal illegal immigrants are obtaining weapons. Sadly, leftists prefer to restrict the constitutional rights of Americans to defend themselves and our Nation. See the words of the Second Amendment. This battlefield is now replete with single military age males who are non-state, non-uniformed belligerents. Therefore, if our intelligence leads us to individuals who are here illegally and members of said organizations, the only recourse is to get them the hell out of our Country.
What part of that does not make sense to these jurists, including seven members of the US Supreme Court? As Desi Arnaz would say on I Love Lucy…"‘ splain that to me, Lucy.“
This delusional judicial review on the matters of our domestic and national security, when it comes to the deportation of criminal illegal immigrants, is highly disconcerting and dangerous. What we are witnessing is a drifting of American federal courts into a system of not interpreting the law, but rather advocating for judicial activism from the bench. It is not tyranny to deport those who have broken our laws and threaten Americans and engage in sex and human trafficking in our Country. No, but it is tyranny from the bench, and from deranged legislators, to advocate for those same individuals.
Steadfast and Loyal.
